The former possibility would be a Ukrainian assassination attempt gone wrong on President Putin’s aircraft that flew near to this area an hour or so earlier (the colour schemes of both aircraft are similar), while the latter possibility would be the deliberate downing of a commercial airliner in order to vilify the rebels and Russia. July 26, 2018 Dear Mr. Talboo, Due to your interest in a strong economy and domestic manufacturing, I wanted to inform you of my efforts to keep jobs here in America. Pennsylvania is home to the finest manufacturing workforce in the world. I believe that domestic companies in our state and elsewhere would be better off in the long term if they kept their manufacturing bases in the United States. Sadly, the 21st century has already seen the loss of more than 70,000 manufacturing plants and more than 5 million manufacturing jobs throughout our country.
